An Elmer in Ham Radio is a mentor who can provide personal guidance or assistance to a fellow operator.  The FMARC Mentor Program is designed to help new hams get a boost into amateur radio. From radio selection to antenna building, our Mentors have years of experience to assist in making the right decision for you and for your needs.
