Just a note of personal thanks for making the Exam Registration process work the way it is supposed to.
I just processed a new registration for a Mr. Andrew Padla. He had tried for a week to get registered to take his exam in XXXX. Finally, in frustration, he went back to the ARRL exam locator and tried Fort Myers. I was able to respond to his request for basic information within an hour of receiving his email. He followed up with a registration for the March 10 exam session and I was able to send him a formal acknowledgment in a mere half hour.
I have no idea what’s going on in XXXXXXXX but they sure made us look good. I thought it appropriate to acknowledge your important role in that.

Thank you so much for the great website, and the coverage of RATPAC. Something that came up in RATPAC correspondence is that a plugin on your wordpress site prevents access from outside the US. A member of a team presenting to RATPAC from Italy noticed this, because FMARC results appear high up in google results. I am pretty sure this is not intended by FMARC and I wanted to let you know.
